- Verifying your/clinic’s identity;
- Contacting the user;
- Monitoring and evaluating the sales of Inteware’s products and services.

Legal basis for processing the data
EU Data protection law requires us to have a legal basis before processing any Personal Data about you. We may process Personal Data about you if one of the following applies:
- You have given your consent.
- Provision of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a contract with you and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof;
- Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
- Processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Inteware;

Please note that Inteware is a data processor of patient data shared via Airdental service. We, on behalf of clinics and labs, are transmitting and storing personal data of the patient when using Airdental service.
