We collect several types of Personal Data about you for various purposes.

When you browse our website without login and request information

    When you browse Inteware website without being logged in, you remain anonymous to us. We do not collect any personal information. However, we do rely on cookies to provide you with stable and relevant content. Please read our Cookie Policy to learn more.

    When you fill out an online form to request or inquire information, the personal data we will collect from you include the following:

  2. Email address
  3. ID for Messenger

  • Purposes of the data processing

    When you request or inquire information from us, we process your personal data with the following purposes:

  2. Responding to your inquiries.

    Depending on your intention, the basis may be taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement or Inteware’s legitimate interest to share more information about our service or products.

  7. ID information for Facebook, Line, Skype, or WeChat

Inteware does not access or process patient data unless you share your patient data via Airdental service.

    We process your personal data with the following purposes:

  1. Creating, administrating and validating your account in Airdental;
  2. Verifying your/clinic’s identity;
  3. Contacting the user;
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the sales of Inteware’s products and services.
  5. Providing customer support.

  • Legal basis for processing the data

    EU Data protection law requires us to have a legal basis before processing any Personal Data about you. We may process Personal Data about you if one of the following applies:

  1. You have given your consent.
  2. Provision of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a contract with you and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof;
  3. Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
  4. Processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Inteware;
  5. Processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests.

Please note that Inteware is a data processor of patient data shared via Airdental service. We, on behalf of clinics and labs, are transmitting and storing personal data of the patient when using Airdental service.

When you purchase online at AIrdental

    The personal data we will collect from you include the following:

  2. Name
  3. Phone number
  4. Address
  5. Name
  6. Payment information (we do not collect or process your credit card information as it is processed by dedicated data processor)

  • The purpose of the data processing

    Data is processed to process and deliver orders.

  • Legal basis for processing the data

    The legal basis for collecting and processing data is the execution of the relevant sales agreements.

  • Data transfers

    Your data may be processed by data processors such as Online payment services, with which we have entered into data processing agreements.

Disclosure of Data

We intend to keep your Personal Data confidential, in compliance with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose this information to third parties, other than as described in this Privacy Policy, for the purposes described above, or as we disclose to you at the time the data is collected.

If you are located outside Chinese Taiwan and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Chinese Taiwan and process it there.

We may employ third party companies and individuals (“Service Providers”) to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our service is used.

These third parties who have been authenticated by us have the technical ability to provide service.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.

Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. If you have an account with Airdental, we will send a notice to you via email to inform you about the changes prior to the change becoming effective.

    You have the right to learn if Data is being processed by Inteware, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.

    You have the right to verify the accuracy of your Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.

  • Restrict the processing of your Data.

    You have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your Data. In this case, we will not process Personal Data about you for any purpose other than storing it.

  • Have your Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed.

    You have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of your Data from Inteware.

  • Receive your Data and have it transferred to another controller.

    You have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract which you are part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.

Where Personal Data is processed for a public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in Inteware or for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by Inteware, you may object to such processing by providing a ground related to your particular situation to justify the objection.
